This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Specialist – Adobe Experience Cloud in the United States.
This role is centered on bringing deep, hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform to shape and validate scalable marketing and customer experience solutions. You will work across Adobe Experience Cloud applications such as Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer to translate platform capabilities into practical implementation approaches. Acting as a technical and solution-oriented specialist, you will support pilots, proofs of concept, and experimentation efforts to validate feasibility and accelerate adoption. The position requires close collaboration with advisory teams, architects, and practitioners to ensure solutions are both technically sound and business-aligned. You will also help interpret evolving Adobe capabilities, documentation, and product roadmaps to guide solution design decisions. This is a highly applied role where technical depth, curiosity, and clarity of thinking directly influence solution quality and delivery success.
- Apply deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including data ingestion, schemas, identity resolution, governance, and activation workflows.
- Support solution design across RTCDP, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), ensuring alignment between platform capabilities and business use cases.
- Translate Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities into practical solution patterns, implementation guidance, and architectural trade-offs.
- Participate in and support pilots, proofs of concept, and test-and-learn initiatives to validate feasibility and configuration approaches.
- Stay current on Adobe product updates, documentation, release notes, and roadmap changes to inform solution decisions.
- Collaborate with Adobe product teams and internal experts to understand best practices, constraints, and recommended usage patterns.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and feasibility considerations to support roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Contribute platform expertise to backlog refinement, solution documentation, and adoption planning efforts.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) in real-world implementations.
- Strong working knowledge of RTCDP, CJA, and AJO and how these components interact within the Adobe ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, activation workflows, and system integrations.
- Experience supporting pilots, proofs of concept, or phased rollouts in Adobe Experience Cloud environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem tools such as Marketo, Adobe Target, or Workfront is a plus.
- Experience documenting solution patterns, technical approaches, or implementation playbooks is highly valued.
- Exposure to B2B or account-based marketing use cases is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and collaborative mindset in cross-functional environments.
- Competitive salary range of $110,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
