This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead PM- Analyst in Mexico.
This role sits at the intersection of project management, process analysis, and delivery leadership within a fast-paced technology environment. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of critical initiatives such as SRA, PIA, and DRP processes, ensuring smooth intake, prioritization, and delivery across multiple workstreams. Acting as a key coordinator within delivery pods, you will identify risks early, manage dependencies, and ensure clear mitigation paths are in place. You will also play a central role in improving operational efficiency through process standardization and continuous improvement. This position requires strong analytical thinking, structured execution, and the ability to work effectively in fully remote, cross-functional teams. - Lead the end-to-end execution of SRA, PIA, and DRP processes, ensuring structured delivery from intake to completion across assigned workstreams or pods.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and resource capacity.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early in the delivery cycle and define clear remediation or escalation paths.
- Drive process adherence, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and delivery consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Six Sigma) to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Leverage tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, and Power Automate to track progress, manage workflows, and optimize delivery processes.
- Support process adoption and ensure best practices are consistently applied across teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project coordination, process analysis, or delivery management within IT or engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Six Sigma) and structured delivery frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, and workflow automation platforms like Power Automate.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus, along with exposure to enterprise environments and cross-functional delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and complex workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in advanced English, with the ability to engage stakeholders and explain complex processes clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
