We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Leak Survey Data Analyst based in Maumelle, Arkansas.

POSITION SUMMARY

Manages the leak survey data to support scheduled and unscheduled compliance work. Tracks progress, ensures data accuracy, and provides reports to support operations. Performs administrative and clerical tasks.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Extract and maintain leak survey schedules from SAP, monitor progress and alert supervisors to potential delays. Create and manage schedules for Picarro Surveyor™ and drivers. Ensure survey work orders are created, dispatched, and completed in SAP. Review Picarro Surveyor™ data to verify coverage; schedule additional surveys or gap work as needed. Assign leak investigation areas to technicians and confirm work orders are issued. Track and report work status, productivity, and resource needs to supervisors. Review completed surveys for accuracy, regulatory compliance (DOT), and completeness; return or correct as needed. Upload and finalize survey documentation in SAP (maps, logs, reports). Maintain organized records and filing systems for completed work. Use GIS systems to create/update survey maps and extract reports. Coordinate with BPO to maintain equipment records and maintenance plans. Follow all company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Required

    High school diploma or equivalent; basic math and English skills required.

Preferred

    SAP (ESD module), GIS mapping systems, and work order management Power BI or similar tracking/reporting tools

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

    Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze data and ensure accuracy. Proficiency with computers and software (SAP, GIS, spreadsheets, email, etc.) Ability to interpret technical information and follow procedures. Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities. Works independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision Maintains confidentiality and professionalism. Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and regulations. Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
