Production Team Member - Carlisle in Carlisle, Pennsylvania at Ziker Classic

Position Summary

Our Production Team Members are responsible for assisting in the daily production operations of the facility by performing assigned tasks efficiently, safely, and with attention to quality standards. This position supports workflow production and helps ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Sort, inspect, process, fold, package, or prepare items according to company standards
• Maintain productivity and quality expectations throughout the work shift
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Maintain attendance and punctuality standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English; ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and quality
• Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Criminal background check required
• 18 years or older

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive motion
• Ability to grasp items and lift/move up to 20 pounds from place to place
• Ability to work in hot and humid environments

Work Environment

• Production facility with exposure to moving machinery, heat, steam, noise, and cleaning chemicals

Schedule

• Monday – Friday with fluctuating start and end times based on seasonal volume
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
