Radiologic Technologist, Diagnostic Radiology, Emerson Health, Littleton, MA

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Radiologic Technologist (R.T.) at our community hospital, where we provide high-quality care for patients who prefer a personal, community-focused setting. Your expertise in medical imaging will help diagnose disease and injury, directly impacting patient care. Reporting to the Section Leader, you will use imaging technology, including the O-arm® Surgical Imaging System, to produce high-quality images of tissues, organs, bones, and vessels.

What You’ll Do
Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images.
Ensure patient safety and comfort while following proper protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Education & Experience
Required: Graduate of a program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT), or an Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited college, or equivalent military training.
Preferred: Previous experience as a radiologic technologist.

Licensure & Certification
Required: Registered as R.T.(R)(ARRT) or registry-eligible within 12 months of hire.
Required: Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Required: BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Skills & Abilities
Strong communication and patient-focused customer service skills.
Proficiency with computers, including PACS and RIS systems.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
