Flexible Schedule Front Desk Agent

**THIS POSITION DOES NOT HAVE ANY EXPECTATION OF A SET SCHEDULE OR GUARANTEE OF HOURS.SHIFTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE GROUP OF FLEX FRONT DESK AGENTS ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS AND CAN BE ACCEPTED AS YOUR AVAILABILITY ALLOWS.** The pay for this part-time position is $20 per hour.

Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

  • You will ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring deliveries are delivered to residents efficiently.
  • Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/potential homebuyer/renter visits.
  • Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
  • Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
  • Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
  • Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
  • Enjoy interacting with the residents.
