Site Lead - Main Office in Atlanta, Georgia at Hawque Protection Group

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50/hour
Shift Differential: +$1.50 for weekends (Sat & Sun) and overnight hours (Mon-Fri, 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM)
Schedule: 1st,2nd, and 3rd shift available (with open availability for adjustments based on client needs)

Are you ready to step into a leadership role with purpose? We’re looking for a Site Lead to oversee security operations at a residential property. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on being active, enjoys walking patrols, and takes pride in ensuring safety and security. 🚶‍♂️🔒

🔸 Lead the Team: Guide and support security officers, providing training, conflict resolution, and ensuring all security protocols are followed.
🔸 Patrol & Monitor: Stay on your feet — up to 90% of your shift will be spent patrolling the property, both indoors and outdoors. Your presence is key to maintaining safety and deterring threats.
🔸 Incident Management: Respond swiftly to emergencies, disturbances, and alarms. Coordinate with emergency services or law enforcement as needed. 🚔
🔸 Reporting & Documentation: Keep detailed, accurate records of incidents and daily activities. Timely, thorough reports are essential. 📝
🔸 Scheduling & Coverage: Manage shift schedules, address staffing gaps, and ensure continuous site coverage.
🔸 Client Relations: Serve as the primary contact for the client, addressing concerns, providing updates, and adapting to evolving site needs.
🔸 Support Across Sites: Assist with operations at nearby locations, promoting consistency in security services.

✔️ Experience: Previous leadership or supervisory experience in security or a related field.
✔️ Endurance: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods (up to 90% of your shift).
✔️ Strength: Capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.
✔️ Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for clear, concise incident reporting and client interactions.
✔️ Adaptability: Open availability and flexibility to adjust shifts based on client needs.
✔️ Reliability: A clean criminal background check and dependable transportation. 🚗
✔️ Training & Certification: Willingness to complete company-provided training and maintain state-required certifications.
