Job Title: Retail Sales Guide

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers in finding products, handle sales transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

We are looking for a candidate that can work Thursday through Sunday.

Part Time Positions Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  
  

• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs
  
  

• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, credit, returns, exchanges)
  
  

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
  
  

• Replenish and restock merchandise as needed
  
  

• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  
  

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively
  
  

• Support store operations including opening, closing, and inventory control
  
  

• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (a plus, but not always required)
  
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  

• Basic math and computer skills
  
  

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  
  

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  
  

• Shooting, hunting, and/or fishing experience preferred but not always required
  
  

• Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable on our products and services
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
  
  

• Lift up to 30–50 lbs
  
  

• Bend, reach, and move around the sales floor
