BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Dynamic Health and Healthstream Policy Manager.

Required to work with the Director of Environmental Services regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health BH Environmental Services Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years verifiable EST/Lead experience in organizing work forces to obtain budgeting and production goals. Must be able to identify and implement cost saving ideas and programs through independent decision making. Health Care experience a plus.

Other: Knowledge of washer and dryer operations in institutional setting. Knowledge of laundry chemicals and their use. Thorough knowledge of linen flow system from pick up to delivery. Ability to manage work flow and interact positively with co‑workers and other hospital staff. Effective oral and written communication skills. Knowledge and use of computer.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Customer service staff: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts. Must be flexible with work hours and schedule changes.
