Key Responsibilities:

- Perform site preparation including grading, leveling, and excavation to ensure optimal conditions for landscaping projects

- Assist with the installation of drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts according to project specifications

- Support senior team members in executing landscaping and hardscaping projects

- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively

- Follow safety protocols and company standards to ensure a safe work environment

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in landscaping, excavation, or construction preferred but not required

- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
