Customer Service Representative

Pay: $17 per hour, higher based on experience

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service support to the assigned client base.
• Enter orders via telephone and online.
• Respond to and rectify client and/or business issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service and/or order entry
• Attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with MS Office
• AS400 a plus!

This is a full-time position. Hours are 9:30 AM-6:00 PM which includes Sunday and an occasional holiday.

Pay: $15 – $17 per hour
