- Partner with enterprise account executives to develop strategic sales plans, support revenue objectives, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer workshops that clearly communicate solution value to technical teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the pre-sales process while supporting post-sales expansion opportunities within strategic customer accounts.
- Research customer environments, cybersecurity priorities, and business objectives to develop tailored recommendations, multi-year training roadmaps, and value-driven solutions.
- Assist with RFI/RFP responses, proof-of-concept activities, technical evaluations, and customer trials as needed.
- Provide technical guidance to overcome customer objections related to pricing, competitive positioning, product capabilities, and return on investment.
- Support strategic customer engagements by delivering technical consulting services that maximize adoption, utilization, and long-term customer success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer transitions from sales to customer success while documenting technical requirements and success criteria.
- Deliver product knowledge sessions and technical enablement programs that strengthen the sales organization's capabilities and effectiveness.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, industry events, and cross-functional projects while continuously expanding expertise across the cybersecurity product portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Proven experience leading customer presentations, technical demonstrations, workshops, and solution-focused discussions.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced ability to create high-quality, data-driven customer presentations and executive-level materials.
- Experience identifying customer needs, developing tailored recommendations, and supporting enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern collaboration platforms.
- Ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and business decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% for customer meetings, team events, and business activities.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Preferred qualifications include experience supporting training-based solutions, cybersecurity education platforms, simulation or lab-based products, security awareness solutions, and industry certifications such as GIAC or other cybersecurity credentials.
- Competitive on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $150,000 to $225,000, including base salary and commission, based on experience, skills, and location.
