As the Senior Manager, Employee and Partner Enablement, you will own the strategy and execution of learning initiatives designed to strengthen employee capabilities and partner readiness. You will lead a team of learning professionals, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and build scalable programs that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Define and execute a comprehensive enablement learning strategy across internal teams, partners, and customer-facing organizations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of blended learning developers and facilitators to deliver high-impact learning solutions.
- Partner with executive stakeholders across Product, Services, and Customer-focused teams to identify performance needs and align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Design and scale onboarding, certification, and continuous development programs that improve knowledge retention and operational effectiveness.
- Establish success metrics for enablement initiatives and use data, feedback, and insights to continuously improve programs.
- Drive innovation in learning approaches, delivery methods, and technology adoption to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Represent the enablement function in strategic planning sessions, business reviews, and organizational initiatives.
- Manage enterprise-wide enablement programs with broad impact across multiple teams and business areas.
- Act as a subject matter expert in learning strategy, adult education, and services enablement practices.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building enablement strategies, leading learning teams, and developing scalable programs within professional services, partner, or technology-focused organizations. You should be an effective communicator, strategic leader, and collaborative partner who can translate business priorities into impactful learning experiences.
- 8–10 years of experience in partner enablement, professional services enablement, learning and development, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience managing learning, instructional design, or enablement teams with responsibility for team growth and performance.
- Deep expertise in learning strategy, instructional design principles, and adult education methodologies.
- Proven experience creating and scaling enablement programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring learning effectiveness and business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, instructional design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to operate independently with strong ownership, strategic thinking, and accountability.
- Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $106,125–$176,500 USD depending on location, experience, education, and skills.
