U.S. Refuse Removal is seeking dependable, safety-focused CDL Drivers to join our residential collection team. If you're looking for a stable career where your work matters every day, we'd like to meet you.

Our drivers operate rear-load refuse trucks while working closely with a labor technician to safely and efficiently service residential neighborhoods throughout Southern Maryland and Prince George's County.

This position requires someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and committed to safety.

What You'll Do
Safely operate a CDL rear-load refuse truck
Complete residential collection routes efficiently and safely
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using Whip Around
Work with your assigned helper to complete routes
Return carts neatly to the customer's property
Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies
Report vehicle issues immediately
Complete route paperwork and daily reports
Maintain a clean, professional appearance
Provide excellent customer service while representing U.S. Refuse

Qualifications Required:
Valid Class B CDL (Class A accepted)
Current DOT Medical Card
Clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds when necessary
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation

Must pass:
DOT Drug Screen
Background Check
Road Test

Preferred:
1+ year residential waste industry experience
Rear-load refuse truck experience
Knowledge of residential collection routes

Work Schedule
Start Time: 5:00 AM
Monday through Friday
Occasional Saturdays
Overtime available during holidays and peak seasons
