Job Description
Position Overview
The Social Media Coordinator supports the execution of LSPACE's social media presence, from content creation and publishing to campaign coordination and influencer program logistics. This role works closely with the Social Media Manager and Influencer Manager to bring the content calendar and creator partnerships to life, with a strong emphasis on short-form video production, trend awareness, and day-to-day execution.
Overview Highlights
● Supports social media execution through content creation and scheduling, social listening, and performance reporting, providing insights to improve engagement and channel growth under the direction of the Social Media Manager.
● Coordinates creative assets, copy, approvals, and platform setup to ensure campaigns launch on time and align with the content calendar.
● Supports influencer and partnership activations as needed, assisting with creator outreach, gifting, product fulfillment, content tracking, and campaign logistics under the direction of the Influencer Manager.
Key Responsibilities
● Create TikTok content, short-form video, Reels, and Stories aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
● Publish and schedule content across social platforms according to the content calendar
● Research emerging trends, sounds, and formats to keep content current and engaging
● Organize and maintain a library of user-generated content (UGC)
● Edit video and photo content for platform-specific formats
● Capture content at events, shoots, and behind-the-scenes moments
● Manage and organize digital assets for easy access across the marketing team
● Provide general support to the marketing team on social-related requests
Support Responsibilities
● Assist with performance reporting and pulling engagement/growth metrics
● Assist with influencer and creator logistics, including outreach follow-up and tracking
● Coordinate product samples and gifting for creator partnerships
● Support the creation of marketing decks and internal presentations
● Assist with campaign setup, including asset uploads and approval routing
Qualifications
● 1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
● Working knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar)
● Familiarity with social scheduling/publishing platforms and social listening tools
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
● Clear written communication skills
● Comfortable being on camera and capturing content at live events, shoots, and behind-the-scenes settings
● Ability to travel locally for events and shoots as needed
This is a hybrid role located in Newport Beach, CA and requires a minimum of 3x/week in office.
