QA Automation Engineer (Senior to Staff level) in Noida, Uttar Pradesh at Distro

PrismHR is the HR, payroll, and benefits platform used by employer-services organizations across the United States, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions. We are hiring four automation engineers across senior and Staff level, which means there is genuine room here to come in and grow rather than slot into a fixed role.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks — not just write scripts inside someone else's. You will create and execute automated tests across web, mobile, and API surfaces, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

You will work with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to define test strategy and acceptance criteria, perform code reviews and set automation best practice, analyze results and drive root causes to resolution, and continuously improve coverage, efficiency, and reliability. You will mentor junior QA engineers on automation practice and tooling.

You will need:

• 5+ years in software QA with a genuine automation focus
• Strong programming in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
• Hands-on with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and test data management
• CI/CD tooling and Git
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

About level: these four openings span senior through Staff Engineer. If you have five to seven years with real framework ownership and mentoring experience, you are in Staff range. If you are earlier than that but strong, apply anyway — we are hiring across the band and will place you honestly.

The schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday. Not a night shift — your final hours overlap the start of the US East Coast working day. Your mornings are your own.
