This contract opportunity is designed for advanced technical and scientific professionals who want to apply their specialized expertise to the development of next-generation AI systems. You will contribute domain knowledge to projects involving state-of-the-art large language models and help create challenging, high-quality evaluation data. Your expertise will be used to design complex problems, assess model responses, and identify areas where AI performance can be improved. The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced research, technical problem-solving, and artificial intelligence. You will collaborate with AI research teams while maintaining a high degree of independence in a remote, asynchronous environment. Your contributions can directly influence the quality, accuracy, and capabilities of emerging AI models.

• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to projects involving advanced large language models and AI evaluation.
• Develop challenging, domain-specific problems designed to test AI systems at an expert level.
• Create accurate, high-quality data that reflects sophisticated technical and scientific reasoning.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses rigorously, identifying errors, weaknesses, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback to support the improvement of AI model performance and reasoning capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to strengthen training datasets and improve evaluation methodologies.
• Apply strong analytical judgment and attention to detail when reviewing complex technical outputs.
• Maintain consistency and quality across assigned tasks while following project-specific guidelines and evaluation standards.
• Work independently and asynchronously while managing priorities and meeting project deadlines.

• PhD, advanced degree, or equivalent industry expertise in a relevant technical or scientific discipline such as Medicine, Healthcare, Statistics, Data Science, AI/ML Research, Computer Science, Game Development, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Demonstrated depth of expertise within a specialized STEM or technical domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and evaluate complex technical problems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous approach to reviewing technical information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and provide structured feedback.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content and identify subtle technical inaccuracies or reasoning gaps.
• Comfortable learning and applying new evaluation frameworks, project guidelines, and AI-related workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Ability to manage deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of accuracy and quality.
