  • Drive continuous improvement across CI/CD workflows, automated testing, deployment processes, and front-end development practices.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, Adobe platform updates, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced front-end architect with deep Adobe expertise, strong technical leadership skills, and the ability to guide complex digital transformation initiatives.

  • 8+ years of professional front-end development experience, including 3+ years in an architect or technical lead role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) front-end development, including AEM SPA Editor.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS), including configuration, deployment, and integration.
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React (preferred) or Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS.
  • Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs, managing asynchronous data flows, and implementing caching strategies.
  • Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization, including code splitting, lazy loading, and scalable application design.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and SEO optimization.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and related platforms.
  • Ability to provide technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and influence architectural decisions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
