Jocsan Rendon – Farmers Insurance Agency in Palm Desert is looking for a Life Insurance Sales Specialist to join a high-performing agency and help individuals, families, and business owners protect their financial future.

What You'll Do
- Generate new life insurance sales through agency leads, referrals, networking, and prospectingMeet with individuals, families, and business owners to identify their insurance and financial protection needs
- Conduct needs-based life insurance consultations
- Recommend appropriate life insurance solutions based on client needs
- Present coverage options and explain policy benefits
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell life insurance to existing property and casualty clients
- Work toward and exceed individual sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in agency systems
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Life Insurance professional who is motivated by results and wants the opportunity to build a significant book of life insurance business.
Required:
- Active California Life & Health Insurance License
- Proven insurance or financial services sales experience
- Strong prospecting and closing abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and establish relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable asking questions, identifying needs, and recommending solutions
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Experience selling Life Insurance, Financial Services, Retirement Products, Annuities, or other protection products is strongly preferred.
Compensation
$60,000 Base Salary
$100,000–$220,000+ Total Earning Potential
