Are you thinking about advancing your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Southhaven, Mississippi site is looking for a new Site Supervisor to join our Contract Logistics team.

How you create impact

Reporting to the Contract Logistics Site Manager, you will lead and support a warehouse team while coordinating daily operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe execution of all assigned activities. This position operates MondayFriday, 12:00 PM8:30 PM, with flexibility required based on customer and business needs. As a 3PL provider, we rely on strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

  • Supervise, coach, and develop team members through training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to support individual and team success.

  • Drive warehouse productivity, quality, and efficiency while ensuring KPI and customer service expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.

  • Verify documentation and complete operational records and reports accurately and on time.

  • Ensure shipment accuracy, product quality, inventory integrity, and compliance with warehouse procedures.

  • Maintain warehouse organization, product location systems, and inventory controls.

  • Support warehouse security standards and loss prevention efforts.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

  • Assist with additional operational duties as required and maintain flexibility to work overtime when needed.

What we would like you to bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of recent warehouse operations experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.

  • At least 3 years of experience working within a GxP, GMP, or other regulated environment.

  • Minimum 1 year of powered industrial truck (PIT) operation experience, including a valid forklift certification.

  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control systems.
