  • Leverage conferences, industry events, and other in-market opportunities to generate relationships, strengthen market presence, and develop new business.
  • Maintain accountability for quarterly and annual revenue goals, pipeline health, opportunity progression, and overall commercial performance.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor by connecting client initiatives, market developments, and advertising performance to longer-term business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of demonstrated success in digital advertising, sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, with a strong record of growing revenue through long-term client relationships.
  • Proven ability to generate new business pipeline, identify high-value prospects, develop targeted strategies, and convert opportunities into lasting customer partnerships.
  • Strong data-driven selling capabilities, including the ability to analyze performance metrics, market trends, purchase insights, and basic statistical information to identify attractive opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing executive-level stakeholders, navigating complex decision-making processes, managing competing priorities, and aligning internal and external teams.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience preparing and presenting business reviews that communicate measurable outcomes, commercial value, and opportunities for future growth.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic and opportunity-focused mindset with the ability to think beyond immediate transactions and identify larger, longer-term commercial opportunities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams, resources, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
  • High level of accountability for revenue performance, pipeline management, and customer growth.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for using data and statistical evidence to demonstrate the bottom-line profitability and effectiveness of advertising investments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where urgency, ownership, integrity, and continuous development are valued.
