Maine Public Employees Retirement System (MainePERS) seeks a Payroll Account Associate I to join our Employer Reporting team. This is the entry-level position in the Payroll Account Associate series. What You'll Do
- Review payroll reports, adjustments, and employer payments for accuracy.
- Research and resolve payroll reporting discrepancies.
- Analyze payroll information and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Process member-related forms and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with employers and internal staff to resolve reporting issues.

The anticipated starting salary is typically near the minimum of the pay range. Initial placement within the range will be determined based on the successful candidate's relevant education, experience, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
