The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition drives strategic talent acquisition initiatives for the Angelini Pharma Global Rare Disease Business Unit, partnering with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire highly specialized talent across global functions. This hands-on role leads full-cycle recruitment while advancing talent planning strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent pipeline development, internal mobility initiatives, and manager capability building through interview training and selection best practices.
The Senior Manager serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, driving hiring excellence through manager interview training, selection methodology, talent assessment practices, and data-driven decision making. The role leverages talent technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Skillvue, Qualtrics, and ADP Global, to optimize recruiting effectiveness, enhance the candidate experience, and generate actionable talent insights.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Talent Management, this position collaborates across the Global Rare Disease Business Unit and requires residence on the U.S. East Coast with routine travel to the Coral Gables, FL office.
Requirements:Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the executive director, to manage full cycle talent acquisition activities across the organization including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring processes
- Implement sourcing strategies that prioritize internal talent pipelines, employee referrals, and direct sourcing approaches over external agency dependency
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on talent market trends, recruiting challenges, organizational capability gaps, and opportunities to strengthen recruiting outcomes
- Dedicate the majority of time to proactive candidate sourcing and full-cycle recruitment
- Build and maintain robust long-term talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
- Design and deliver hiring manager training focused on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, selection best practices, and compliant hiring processes
- Consult with leaders on talent assessment methodologies, competency-based interviewing, and selection strategies to improve quality of hire
- Apply advanced sourcing techniques including social media networking, professional affiliations, and job fairs
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand requirements, scope of responsibilities; develop creative sourcing strategies and campaigns to target the ideal candidate profile
- Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience
- Ability to work cross functionally within a global business unit and interact with senior leadership
- Keeps executive director appraised of progress and challenges related to all recruiting efforts
- Consult with leaders on talent assessment methodologies, competency-based interviewing, and selection strategies to improve quality of hire
- Monitor and report key TA metrics and use data to recommend improvements-time to fill, time to hire, quality of hire
- Utilize recruitment technology such as ATS (Paylocity, Success Factors), AI sourcing tools and assessment platform
- Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external stakeholders
- Perform any other duties assigned or requested
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration or related field; advanced HR or business credentials are a plus
- Pharma/biotech industry experience
- 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- 2-3 years of talent sourcing, candidate pipelining and talent mapping experience (including Boolen logic)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus in Word, Excel & Power Point required
- Must have prior experience within an in-house corporate recruiting environment
- Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent pipelining, interview design, and compliant hiring practices
- Experience leveraging HRIS, ATS, talent intelligence, and assessment platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Skillvue, Qualtrics, ADP Global, and AI-enabled sourcing tools
- Ability to partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies and achieve recruiting goals
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, oral and written communications skills required
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to travel occasionally within the United States, including to Coral Gables, FL with potential international travel

The base salary for this position will range from $125,000 to $187,000. Candidate experience, professional licensing, and geographic location will be taken into consideration.
