Insurance Sales Representative

Position Overview

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
  • Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

  • Base Salary $45,000 - $47,000 depending on experience
  • Monthly bonus

Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
