Job Description


Job Title: Service Desk Support Analyst || Nashville, TN || Onsite

Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Handle up to 30 support calls daily.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
  • Manage Active Directory accounts (password resets, unlocks).
  • Support iPhones, iPads, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx.
  • Resolve VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage tickets using ServiceNow.
  • Set up and deploy IT equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Service Desk.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, ServiceNow, Windows, and printer support.
  • Experience with Teams, WebEx, and remote support tools.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
