Principal Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall weight, placement and temperature tracking.
• Responsible for thermometer calibration.
• Responsible for scale calibration.
• Responsible for cooler and freezer logs.

Education and Experience:

• Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English
• Must be able to drive or have own transportation
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be a team player
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to take directions, cooperate and work with a team
• Ability to work independently

• Must be able to work around moving parts & wet floors

• Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend/ stand for entire work shift

• Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment

• Must be flexible and have the ability to react to changing priorities

• Must have the ability to push up to 70lbs with the use of rolling carts and lift up to 30lbs

• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in cold environment (38 degrees) for entire shift.
