Preventitive Maintenance Technician - 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM - 4 Day Work Week
(Monday - Thursday)

We’re looking for a mechanically minded Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our equipment, machinery, and facility operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What We Offer:
- $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + overtime opportunities
- 4-day work week: Monday – Thursday
- 10-hour shifts (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM)

What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive, predictive, reactive, and project-based maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Inspect equipment and facilities to identify maintenance or safety concerns
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, diagrams, and work orders
- Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Repair or replace defective machinery, equipment parts, and building systems
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs
- Follow all company safety procedures and environmental standards
- Assist with spare parts management and recommend process improvements
- Support additional maintenance projects and duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or compleation of formal industrial maintenance program/school
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Experience maintaining industrial equipment such as conveyors, shredders, granulators, air handling systems, and water treatment equipment preferred
- PLC troubleshooting and welding/fabrication experience is a plus
- Ability to read and understand safety procedures, maintenance manuals, and technical documents
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to obtain certifications or licenses for powered industrial equipment if required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, and work with hands throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
