At H2 Health, we believe communication is core to independence and connection. As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in our outpatient clinics, you’ll work with adult patients to help them find their voice, improve their swallowing and cognitive function, and thrive in daily life.
Our SLPs treat a variety of diagnoses, including developmental delays, articulation disorders, language impairments, post-stroke aphasia, voice disorders, dysphagia, and cognitive-communication deficits. Whether you enjoy working on swallowing, speech, or cognition, we provide a dynamic setting that supports your clinical interests.
Your Role:
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals
- Provide skilled speech therapy interventions for pediatric and adult outpatient populations
- Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients and families on home programs and treatment progression
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture focused on clinical excellence and compassionate care
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible SLP license in the state of practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellow (CF) eligible
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered speech therapy services
