Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior New Patient Coordinator in Brazil.
This role is centered on providing a highly personalized and empathetic first point of contact for prospective patients in a remote, flexible environment. You will manage inbound inquiries—primarily through SMS—and occasional phone consultations, focusing on understanding each individual’s needs and guiding them toward appropriate next steps in their care journey. Rather than a traditional call-center approach, this position emphasizes consultative communication, trust-building, and meaningful engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring that every potential patient feels heard, supported, and properly guided through the intake process. In addition, you will coordinate scheduling, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and support timely follow-ups. This is a part-time, responsive role suited for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused digital environment.
- Respond promptly to inbound SMS inquiries and ensure timely, professional communication with prospective patients.
- Conduct consultative conversations by asking thoughtful, open-ended questions to understand patient needs and goals.
- Schedule phone consultations using tools such as Calendly or similar platforms when deeper engagement is required.
- Accurately document patient information and interaction details in CRM and scheduling systems.
- Build trust and rapport with prospective patients through empathetic, personalized communication.
- Provide timely follow-ups to guide leads through the intake and appointment-setting process.
- Maintain availability throughout the day to respond quickly to incoming inquiries as they arise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for SMS-based and phone interactions.
- High level of empathy, curiosity, and ability to build trust with diverse individuals.
- Comfortable working with digital tools such as CRMs, scheduling platforms, and communication systems.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Interest or background in healthcare, wellness, telehealth, or patient support services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and adherence to privacy standards.
- Ability to remain responsive and available during peak lead activity hours (primarily U.S. East Coast time zone).
- Previous experience in customer service, patient coordination, or consultative support roles is beneficial.
- Remote part-time contract role with flexible working conditions.
- Competitive monthly compensation between $400 – $650 USD.
- Opportunity to work in a meaningful, patient-focused environment.
- Training provided on CRM systems, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.
- Flexible structure that allows balance between responsiveness and personal schedule.
- Supportive, collaborative team culture focused on empathy and service quality.
