This role sits within a high-impact corporate development and strategy team focused on driving growth through acquisitions and strategic investments. You will support end-to-end M&A execution, from opportunity identification and evaluation through diligence, valuation, and closing. The position involves close collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across finance, legal, tax, and operations. You will help shape investment theses, build financial models, and assess strategic fit across new and adjacent markets. The environment is fast-paced, analytical, and highly collaborative, requiring strong attention to detail and business judgment. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to strategic decision-making and portfolio expansion in a data-driven, execution-focused setting.

Accountabilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic acquisition and investment opportunities aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Support full M&A lifecycle execution, including coordination of diligence activities with legal, accounting, tax, and external advisors.
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation work, including comparable company analysis, DCF, accretion/dilution, and scenario modeling.
  • Lead and contribute to commercial, operational, and financial due diligence workstreams with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive- and board-level materials, including investment memos, strategic analyses, and transaction summaries.
  • Manage deal execution infrastructure such as data rooms, diligence trackers, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Perform market, competitive, and strategic analyses, including TAM assessments, whitespace identification, and buy-versus-build evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or related transactional roles.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with hands-on experience in M&A processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear executive-level insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for modeling and presentation development.
  • Strong business judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, payer/provider ecosystems, or healthcare analytics; exposure to deal sourcing or pipeline management; MBA/MPH/MHA (optional).
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer support.
  • Paid family leave and generous paid time off (17–27 days depending on tenure), plus 9 company holidays.
  • Fully remote work environment with required home office setup and high-speed internet support.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact M&A transactions and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Exposure to senior leadership and board-level decision-making processes.
  • Inclusive and equal-opportunity workplace committed to fair hiring and professional development.
