This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technical professional passionate about data integrity, system transformation, and customer success. You will play a key part in migrating and validating complex customer datasets into a modern SaaS platform used by global consumer brands. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, R&D, QA, and API specialists to ensure seamless onboarding experiences. The position combines hands-on technical execution with problem-solving across data formats, APIs, and system configurations. You will also leverage automation and AI-assisted tools to enhance migration speed and accuracy. This is a high-impact role where your work directly improves product adoption, data quality, and operational efficiency.

Accountabilities:
  • Execute end-to-end data migration projects, including source analysis, schema mapping, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation across CSV, Excel, and XML datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain SQL scripts to clean, extract, transform, and validate customer data, supporting both migration workflows and ongoing data management needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot API-related inquiries, investigate data discrepancies, and resolve configuration issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Support system setup activities, including configuration workbooks, standard implementation processes, and initial platform setup for new customers.
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools to optimize data mapping, transformation, and validation processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a technical or data-focused role.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data migration, data analysis, system configuration, or similar technical environments involving structured data handling.
  • Strong SQL proficiency, with demonstrated ability to write and execute queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, lookup functions (e.g., VLOOKUP), and data cleaning techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration processes, including mapping, transformation, and validation across multiple file formats.
  • Familiarity with structured data formats such as CSV, Excel, and XML, and comfort working in data-driven environments.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required, supporting communication with diverse customers and stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $60,000 – $80,000 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan for eligible employees.
  • Paid time off and flexible remote work arrangement.
  • Opportunity to work in a global environment focused on innovation, data quality, and supply chain transparency.
  • Career growth potential within a large international organization committed to purpose-driven impact.
