Let’s cut the fluff.
If you can:
- Write a complete sheet without missing damage
- Handle supplements without babysitting
- Keep cars moving instead of stacking up
- Talk to customers and insurance without things blowing up

We’re not running one of those shops.
What You’re Walking Into- Steady work from Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Elkhorn, and the surrounding metro

- Work is here every week — no sitting around
- Parts and process are dialed — not chaos
- You won’t be cleaning up bad promises all day
- Techs want to work with you because the sheets make sense
- Management backs production, not excuses
- Write it right the first time
- Catch damage others miss
- Push jobs forward — don’t let them stall
- Handle pressure without losing control of the job
- Be someone the shop can rely on
Experience working with insurance carriers is required.
Experience with Progressive Insurance is a strong plus.
If you need constant hand-holding, this isn’t the spot.
If you know what you’re doing — you’ll do very well here.
Pay & Perks- $90K–$180K+ (based on what you produce)

The Omaha metro continues to grow, bringing steady commuter traffic, hail damage, insurance work, and year-round repair demand. Between expanding suburban communities, major interstate traffic, and surrounding Nebraska and Iowa markets feeding into the area, the work stays consistent.
Bottom LineGood estimators are tired of:
- Fixing broken processes
- Fighting for approvals
- Getting paid like average performers
If this sounds familiar — you already know why you’re reading this.
No pressure. Just facts.
