Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own outbound sales execution and partnership development efforts aimed at accelerating pipeline growth and client acquisition. You will design and optimize outreach strategies, manage prospecting campaigns, and maintain a disciplined focus on lead generation performance.

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify target segments and define buyer personas.
  • Build and manage outreach cadences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
  • Maintain and optimize a strong pipeline using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, meetings booked, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and sales enablement efforts.
Requirements:

This role requires a strong background in outbound sales or business development, with proven success in driving pipeline growth in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments. You should be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable engaging prospects across multiple channels.

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or revenue targets.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cold outreach, consultative selling, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal ability.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to optimize performance.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
