This role is centered on delivering high-touch, responsive, and accurate service to high-net-worth clients within a fast-paced insurance and risk management environment. You will act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of service requests and maintaining a consistently high standard of client satisfaction. The position involves handling a variety of account servicing tasks, from policy updates to coverage questions and account remarketing. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and carriers to ensure seamless execution of client needs. This is a detail-oriented, client-facing role requiring strong communication and organizational skills. - Manage incoming client service requests across small to large accounts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Process policy endorsements and support the issuance of new business as needed.
- Respond to client inquiries related to coverage details, policy changes, and general account questions.
- Support account remarketing activities to ensure clients receive competitive and suitable coverage options.
- Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold service quality standards across all interactions.
- Contribute to a proactive, client-focused service culture aligned with organizational expectations.
- Current State Insurance License or willingness to obtain required licensing within the first 90 days of employment.
- Previous experience in client service, insurance, or a related administrative/account management role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn specialized insurance systems.
- Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client requests simultaneously.
