Chinook Equipment is looking for a Territory Sales Manager with a proven track record of success to join our team in selling farming and compact equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, prospecting new business, and delivering exceptional customer service within our farming and compact equipment lines in your assigned territory.

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding and appreciation for the agricultural industry with experience in either agriculture or compact equipment sale or experience as a technician within the equipment industry looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities of a Territory Manager:

• Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing customers that will generate future sales and repeat business to achieve sales goals
• Prepare customer quotes, sales orders, and conduct tailored sales presentations/demonstrations as required
• Maintain and update CRM program tracking deals and customer interactions
• Cultivate creative solutions for leasing, financing and rental purchase options
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide valuable insights to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (service and parts) to ensure seamless delivery and support for your customers
• Provide after-sale support and exceptional customer service

Skills and Experience:

Preference will be given to candidates who are local to the Lethbridge/Taber area and are well-connected in the community

In-depth knowledge and understanding of farming equipment and practices and/or a strong understanding of construction equipment
