Apartment Porter Oaks at Bentonshire Apartments (St. Cloud, MN)
Full-Time | MondayFriday | 1st Shift (Business Hours)
$15$17/hour (DOE) + Quarterly Bonus, Excellent Benefits and Career Growth

What Youll Get:
  • $15.00$17.00 per hour DOE

What Youll Do:
  • Maintain curb appeal and keep common areas spotless
  • Clean and organize interior spaces (office, bathrooms, amenities)
  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, and unit turns
  • Help with trash removal and preparing vacant units for new residents
  • Support seasonal tasks (snow removal, pool upkeep, etc.)
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns
What Were Looking For:
  • 36 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work
  • A proactive, detail-focused, and dependable team player
  • Basic knowledge of property operations/maintenance a plus
  • Strong work ethic and pride in a job well done
This role requires pre-employment screenings including a criminal background check and drug screening
