You will work closely with product and operations leaders to ensure commercial initiatives reflect market demand and customer needs.
This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially driven executive who combines financial-services expertise, data-led decision-making and a strong track record of delivering international growth.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute a global revenue strategy covering multiple regions, customer segments and acquisition channels.
  • Lead and scale sales, marketing and client acquisition functions, establishing clear objectives and performance frameworks to deliver ambitious growth targets.

  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to align the customer offering, commercial strategy and market positioning with evolving demand.
  • Establish and monitor key revenue, acquisition and customer lifecycle KPIs, using performance data to drive continuous optimisation.
  • Identify new commercial channels, partnerships and growth opportunities across established and emerging markets.
  • Represent the business at relevant industry conferences and events, strengthening market presence and developing high-value relationships.
  • Provide senior commercial leadership and ensure sales, marketing and partnership initiatives remain aligned with overall revenue objectives.
Requirements
  • 8–10 years of experience in senior revenue, commercial, sales or growth leadership roles within FX/CFD, financial services or a closely related industry.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales and marketing operations and delivering measurable revenue growth in highly competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels, customer conversion, retention and customer lifetime value optimisation.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing Introducing Broker, affiliate or strategic partner networks.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage multicultural, distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent commercial judgment combined with a data-driven approach to strategy, forecasting and decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of international financial markets and the dynamics of acquiring and retaining clients across multiple regions.
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building and executive stakeholder-management skills.
  • High level of ownership, strategic thinking and ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing, performance-oriented environment.
  • Experience expanding businesses into MENA, SEA or LatAm is highly advantageous.
  • Multilingual capabilities and experience managing cross-border commercial relationships are a plus.
  • Experience with affiliate or influencer-led acquisition strategies is beneficial.
  • Background in Fintech or other rapidly scaling financial-services businesses is an advantage.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary of €55,000–€95,000.
  • Fully remote working arrangement.
  • Global executive leadership scope with responsibility for international revenue growth.
  • Opportunity to shape and execute the overall commercial growth strategy.
  • Significant influence over sales, marketing, partnerships and client acquisition functions.
  • Opportunity to lead expansion into both emerging and established international markets.
  • Exposure to a fast-growing and innovation-focused financial services environment.
