Job Description:

  • Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. (This will renew for next fiscal year).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to speak and understand English Required
  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Required
  • Experience in a professional work environment Required 2 Years
  • Experience working with customer support a plus Required 6 Months
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Required
  • Comfortable using computers. Required
