About the Role

Are you tech-savvy, people-focused, and passionate about helping clients succeed? We have an amazing entry-level opportunity for an energetic and detail-oriented Mobile App Support Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences.

What You Will Do

• Assist customers with branded app setup, navigation, and troubleshooting
• Respond to support inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve login, account, payment, and app performance issues
• Provide friendly, professional, and solution-focused customer service
• Escalate advanced technical concerns when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Help improve customer satisfaction and overall app experience

• Previous customer support experience in a tech environment preferred
