Position OverviewMMS is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an immediate-start opportunity for a hands-on technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for long-term employment opportunities.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Maintain and repair conveyor systems and warehouse equipment
- Repair warehouse storage racks as needed
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Complete maintenance work orders within the CMMS system
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Assist with workstation setup and organization
- Remove trash, recyclables, and break down boxes as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Conveyor systems
- Warehouse material handling equipment
- Electric motors
- Pumps and drives
- Electrical panels
- Building maintenance systems
- 1-3+ years of industrial or warehouse maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience maintaining conveyor systems
- Forklift operating experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Fast-paced warehouse setting
- Hands-on maintenance duties
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders and elevated platforms
