The role collaborates closely with counselors, teachers, administrators, students, and families to develop and implement targeted strategies, maintain accurate student records, and provide proactive support to help students stay on track. The position also monitors post-graduation outcomes and assists with state testing, professional development, and other student support initiatives as needed.
