Job Title: Shift Leader

Reports To: General Manager/Assistant Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $21.75 - $23.75 / hour (including tips)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant. Resumés are HIGHLY recommended!

Must be available to work nights and weekends.

About the Role: Lead the shift with confidence by supervising daily operations and driving superior guest service. You will provide clear direction and communication to the team while actively engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
