Job Responsibilities:

As an Electrician, you will:

⚡ Maintain Electrical Systems – Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, switches, distribution equipment, and other building infrastructure.

🔧 Keep Facilities Running – Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, control systems, commercial kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems throughout Cedar Community.

🛠️ Troubleshoot & Repair – Diagnose equipment and building system issues, complete work orders, maintain service records, and order replacement parts to ensure reliable facility operations.

🏗️ Support Facility Improvements – Assist with remodeling projects, equipment installations, renovations, and research for new building systems and facility upgrades.

Qualifications:

✔ High school diploma or equivalent required.

✔ Mechanical, electrical, trade school education, or equivalent experience preferred.

✔ Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building maintenance, HVAC, and preventive maintenance practices.

✔ Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose building systems and equipment.

✔ Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.

✔ Knowledge of National Electrical Code and applicable federal, state, and local regulations preferred.
