As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own relationships with a portfolio of large enterprise customers in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
You will combine account management and solution-architecture expertise to help customers maximize the value of sophisticated fraud, payments, and compliance solutions.
The role gives you significant ownership across customer strategy, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion.
You will work closely with cross-functional experts in solutions architecture, data science, analytics, integrations, and product.
Your insights will help customers address evolving fraud risks, improve performance, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing position where technical understanding and commercial acumen are equally important.
You will join a remote-first, globally distributed team that values autonomy, impact, and sustainable high performance

Accountabilities:
  • Own strategic relationships with major enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor while identifying opportunities to maximize customer ROI.
  • Develop and execute account strategies focused on customer success, retention, adoption, and long-term growth.
  • Proactively identify expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within strategic accounts and contribute to revenue growth objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end customer implementation and go-live lifecycle, coordinating with Implementation Engineers, Product Managers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Translate complex product, technology, fraud, and compliance challenges into clear, practical recommendations for customers.
  • Advise customers on fraud prevention, risk management, compliance, payments, and related best practices.
  • Build, monitor, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators, including fraud rates and system performance metrics.
  • Use customer and market insights to identify emerging fraud typologies and recommend opportunities for improving risk strategies and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Integration teams, and Support Engineers to resolve issues and deliver customer value.
  • Provide first-level technical guidance around API integrations and coordinate more complex technical needs with specialist teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, requests, account activities, and workflows across relevant business systems and platforms.
  • Serve as a strong internal advocate for customers, translating their needs and feedback into actionable recommendations for product and business teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or solutions architecture, ideally supporting technical products within a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Professional fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with excellent presentation and communication skills for engaging stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience in at least two of the following areas: payments, fraud, cryptocurrency, or compliance.
  • Strong familiarity with the Brazilian market, including payment processing, fraud typologies, KYC, AML, and sanctions screening.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to use data, BI tools, and AI-driven solutions to support decision-making and improve customer outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of API integrations and sufficient technical understanding to provide first-level support in collaboration with engineering and integrations teams.
  • Ability to manage complex enterprise relationships, balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution, and communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
  • High degree of ownership, self-motivation, adaptability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Pylon, Notion, and customer-facing risk or analytics platforms is desirable.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package combining cash and equity.
  • Early exercise opportunities for eligible stock options, including pre-vested options.
  • Remote-first work environment with the flexibility to work from home or another suitable location in Brazil.
  • Flexible paid time off and a year-end company break.
  • MacBook Pro provided for work.
  • One-time home-office setup stipend for equipment such as a desk, chair, or monitor.
  • Monthly meal stipend.
  • Monthly social meet-up stipend.
