REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - ACUTE REHABILITATION in Middleburg Heights, Ohio at Southwest General

Our 15-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit cares for patients recovering from strokes, orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and other illnesses or injuries that affect their ability to function independently. Nurses work alongside the rehabilitation team to help patients regain independence and prepare for their return to everyday life.

• Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Coordinate nursing care around patients' rehabilitation goals and therapy schedules
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and educate patients and families

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN licensure through the Ohio Board of Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• AHA BLS certification required; may obtain within 90 days of hire

• PRN (as needed)
• 7:00 am–7:30 pm - minimum three 12-hour shifts per 6-week period
• 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per 6-week period
• No rotating shifts or call
