HVAC Warehouse Assistant

Commercial Express HVAC — Sterling, VA Full-Time – On-site

Commercial Express HVAC, a commercial HVAC company in Sterling, VA, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Assistant. Reliability is a must. We offer competitive pay and a strong benefits package, including employee health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401(k), and bonuses.

Responsibilities

Pull and stage requested warehouse materials (material ship tickets) and company tools
Stage equipment deliveries from vendors
Enter material ship tickets for work orders costing process (time sensitive)
Watch for and report low item counts for replenishment
Participate in keeping the warehouse organized & clean
Check for and report any obvious damage to company tools when returned
Perform light maintenance and visual checks for certain company tools
Restock warehouse shelves with material deliveries
Ensure scissor-lifts/manlift get charged when returned
Keep spot coolers appearance neat for rental purposes
Be proficient with gas and electric forklifts (On-Job Training Available)

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Basic Microsoft Office experience and computer literacy
Good driving record
Able to lift 80 pounds
Able to prioritize tasks effectively
