0-5 yrs- eligible to accrue up to 3.08 vacation hours in each 2 week pay period. Max accrual is 120 hours.

6-10 yrs- Eligible to accrue up to 4.61 vacation hours in each 2 week pay period. Max accrual is 160 hours.

10+ yrs- Eligible to accrue up to 6.15 hours of vacation in each 2 week pay period. Max accrual is 200 hours.

Partner with the Director of Operations, Shift Leaders, and the support center team to accomplish company goals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Controlling P&L. Planning, tracking, and managing budgets.

Interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and developing Team Members.

Managing proper inventory and staffing levels.

Ensuring all Company food and operational safety policies are followed by all team members.

Successfully and consistently utilizes company tools, resources, programs and systems

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Basic math skills needed to calculate budgets, payroll, balance till and complete banking duties.

Able to drive and hold a valid state driver's license.

Proven previous management or supervisory experience.
