  • Develop creative technical engagement initiatives such as challenges, contests, interactive activities, and hands-on learning experiences.
  • Assist with training content testing, technical Q&A, and other initiatives designed to help users learn and succeed.
  • Contribute to technical special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully for content creation, research, and workflow optimization while reviewing outputs carefully for accuracy, relevance, and quality.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to bring the user perspective into programs, content, and product-related initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in technical content creation, community management, customer engagement, online communications, or a closely related field.
  • Ability and willingness to learn a technical product and translate complex concepts into clear, practical, and accessible content.
  • Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for clarity and accuracy.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting events, programs, webinars, or community initiatives.
  • Creative and curious mindset, with an interest in developing new ways to engage users and strengthen community participation.
  • Interest in understanding how community platforms and their underlying systems work, with the ability to grow into supporting community automations and workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when moderating technical content and discussions.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Customer Success, Marketing, or Operations.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping others and creating positive user experiences.
  • Comfort experimenting with AI tools and identifying practical ways to use them to improve productivity, research, content development, and community workflows while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Experience with community platforms, CRM systems, Gainsight, or comparable tools is an advantage.
  • Experience building or supporting automations and workflows is a plus.
  • Familiarity with FME, data integration, ETL, or similar technologies is beneficial.
