Shipping Tumbler in Warren, Michigan at PRESTIGE STAMPING LLC

Prestige Stamping LLC is currently seeking dynamic candidates for the position of:

Midnight Positions Available

Midnight Shift Hours are 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Job Responsibilities:

• Before starting any assignment, inspect the equipment - machinery, etc., to be used for safety or operational defects.

• Notify the Supervisor of any equipment defects and, if possible, correct the malfunction.

• Visually inspect the parts in the hopper. Notify the leader of any defects or contamination. Operate the forklift truck, if qualified, as needed to "feed" the tumbler Learn how to weigh hoppers Learn how to stack hoppers and bins safely

• Sort parts when necessary while tumbling.

• Keep machinery, equipment, and surrounding area in a clean condition.

• Learn how to operate the tumbler.

• Learn and follow all safety standards and company policies.

• Complete any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

• Participates in continuous improvement processes.

• Keeping area clean.

Job Requirements:

• Be 18+ years old

• Must have high school diploma

• Must have math skills

•Must have reading skills

• Must have legible penmanship

• Must have basic computer skills

• Must have good communication skills, attendance and be a team player

• Must be able to pass a background check, physical/drug screen.

• Must be able to work overtime and Saturday’s
