As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation that enables product adoption, improves user experience, and supports business objectives. You will work independently across complex technical domains while partnering with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

• Own the end-to-end documentation strategy for complex product areas, creating modular, topic-based content using advanced DITA frameworks and structured authoring practices.
• Analyze technical workflows, product specifications, and engineering documentation to transform complex concepts into clear and accessible user content.
• Interview subject matter experts, review technical designs, and investigate product behavior to identify documentation gaps and improve content accuracy.
• Lead documentation verification and release signoff activities during India business hours, ensuring quality and alignment across global release cycles.
• Leverage AI and LLM-based tools to accelerate content creation, maintenance, and optimization while applying strict validation processes to maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize documentation needs and reduce customer friction.
• Improve information architecture, documentation standards, and team workflows while mentoring other writers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Use customer feedback, search analytics, and support insights to continuously optimize documentation discoverability and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical writing expertise, deep understanding of enterprise software environments, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to global audiences.

• 7+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within enterprise SaaS, software platforms, or complex technology environments.
• Experience documenting sophisticated products involving complex workflows, algorithms, mathematical concepts, supply chain systems, ERP platforms, or similar domains.
• Exceptional English communication skills with strong knowledge of grammar, composition, style guidelines, and localization-friendly writing practices.
• Ability to understand technical designs, read source code, navigate engineering environments, and translate complex systems into user-focused documentation.
• Hands-on experience with DITA, XML-based authoring, topic-based content development, content reuse strategies, metadata management, and Component Content Management Systems (CCMS).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation workflows, including prompt engineering and responsible use of LLM tools with quality verification processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using customer insights, documentation analytics, and support metrics to improve content effectiveness.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and global teams.
• Experience mentoring peers, improving documentation processes, and driving content quality initiatives.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating technical communication skills, structured documentation approaches, and the ability to explain complex software concepts clearly.
